Alec joined GEB in 2014. A graduate of the National Alliance School for Producer Development, he focuses on Commercial Property & Casualty, and Marine risks in the New Orleans area and across the Gulf South. Alec also holds a Construction Risk and Insurance Specialist (CRIS) designation from the International Risk Management Institute (IRMI).
Prior to GEB, Alec lived and worked in Washington, D.C. as the Military Legislative Assistant for Congressman John Culberson, Chair of the House Appropriations Subcommittee on Military Construction and Veteran’s Affairs. There he completed the National Defense University’s Security Strategy Program. Alec moved from Washington to Dallas, Texas in 2012 and worked for Korn/Ferry International.
A Native of New Orleans, Alec graduated from St. Martin’s Episcopal School in Metairie, LA. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a minor in History from Texas Christian University.
He is a member of the National WWII Museum’s Young Benefactor Committee. The focus of the committee is to cultivate the Museum’s next generation of support through education, engagement, and networking.
Alec moved home to New Orleans in December 2013 and resides Uptown with his wife and son.
